South side elderly man missing since weekend

Aug. 15—Santa Fe police have requested help from the general public find an aged man who was final seen leaving his dwelling Friday on town’s south facet.

John Snead, 82, was reported lacking Saturday by his household, a information launch from Santa Fe Police Division stated.

Snead was described as sporting a white T-shirt, burgundy shorts, a blue hat and trainers. He’s 5-foot-11 and weighs 175 kilos, the discharge says.

Snead was seen leaving his residence on the 2900 block of Plaza Blanca for a stroll and has not returned, in line with the discharge. The residence sits close to the intersection of Rodeo Street and Camino Carlos Rey.

The continued effort from police to seek out Snead has concerned foot patrols, all-terrain autos, utility-terrain autos and drones in searches of areas he has been identified to frequent, together with strolling trails, the discharge states.
